Domaine du Daley exports 20% of its production to various countries. The UK, where we appear on the wine lists of great restaurants such as the Fat Duck, Luxembourg and Hong Kong, as well as Japan, which has become our leading export market with more than 6,000 bottles a year. The delicacy of Japanese cuisine is a wonderful match for the finesse of our great vintage wines, particularly for our Chasselas Grande Réserve. The wines from the Estate appear on the great tables of Kaiseki cuisine in Kyoto or Tokyo as well as in Michelin-starred sushi restaurants.
