The caterer supplies: table linen, plates, cutlery, glassware, serving staff. He can store his supplies and equipment in the butlery.

You will be invoiced for wear and tear of material and equipment. The room must be left in a reasonable state, as it was when presented to you, failing which you may be invoiced for additional cleaning costs at CHF 35.00/hour.

Serving staff: CHF 35.00/ hour extra, if required. Required if not insured by the caterer.

“Cream” felt table linen supplied by the Estate: 4.00 CHF per linear metre. Fabric table linen: 10.00 CHF/ tablecloth.

Bin charge: CHF 6.00/ per 110-litre bag

Entertainment: Out of consideration for the tenants on the Estate, musical entertainment is tolerated as background music until 8 p.m. outside and until 11 p.m. inside. The hire includes setting up the room and tables, glasses, and welcoming guests to the Estate and a tour of the cellars on request. Parking for up to 40 cars. Please be kind enough to return the enclosed form to us for all confirmed bookings.
