New labels and redefinition of two ranges of wines

The Domaine du Daley is giving its labels something of a new look with the appearance of the Séverin family coat of arms and is redefining its two ranges of wines with the “Tradition” range for our wines matured in wooden tuns and vats, and the “Grande Réserve” range for the Grands Crus partially or wholly matured in barrels.

Domaine du Daley exports 20% of its production to various countries. The UK, where we appear on the wine lists of great restaurants such as the Fat Duck, Luxembourg and Hong Kong, as well as Japan, which has become our leading export market with more than 6,000 bottles a year. The delicacy of Japanese cuisine is a wonderful match for the finesse of our great vintage wines, particularly for our Chasselas Grande Réserve. The wines from the Estate appear on the great tables of Kaiseki cuisine in Kyoto or Tokyo as well as in Michelin-starred sushi restaurants.

For the launch on his new album in September 2013, a stage was set up at the Estate between the terrace and the vineyards for a private concert in the heart of the countryside !
